Because anaphylaxis can lead to death or permanent damage within minutes, timely administration of epinephrine is critical. Our trainer, made by the same company that makes the EpiPen ® and EpiPen Jr. ® delivery devices, does not contain a needle and cannot be used in an emergency situation.
