How do I place a tax exempt purchase?

We are required to collect sales tax for all purchases except where exempted by law. If you wish to make a tax exempt purchase with a credit card, please check the tax exempt box at checkout, enter your tax ID in the space provided, and email your tax exemption document to forms@mcrmedical.com. Once we receive your form, we will add it to your account so that you do not have to resend it in the future.

If you are a tax exempt customer using a Purchase Order, please include your tax exemption document with your PO.
