Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Policy

We offer Fast-N-Free Shipping on all orders, to all 50 states. We use a combination of USPS (First Class and Priority Mail) and FedEx (Ground or Home Delivery) for our Fast-N-Free Shipping service, and do not use economy services. Fast-N-Free orders ship within one business day and arrive in 1-5 days, with the average order being delivered in three days. Coastal states and Alaska/Hawaii take 4-5 days. We're always happy to provide a more accurate time estimate if you call.

Shipping can be expedited by upgrading to FedEx Express Overnight and 2nd Day Air services. This upgrade is done during checkout, but customers can estimate the cost for Express shipping methods in their shopping cart using their state and zip code, without being required to log in first. All express orders on a normal business day (Mon-Fri excepting national holidays) placed by 2PM EST are shipped the same day. Please note that FedEx will not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Note: Saturday is not a normal delivery day for FedEx Express, so FedEx Express Overnight orders placed before the cutoff time on Friday will be delivered Monday. Second Day Air orders placed on Thursday will arrive Monday. Second Day Air orders placed before the cutoff time on Friday will arrive Tuesday the following week. Optionally, FedEx Express does offer a Saturday delivery for an upcharge. Please call and we can arrange this.

FedEx Ground business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. FedEx Ground Home Delivery (residential customers only) business days are Tuesday through Saturday, excluding holidays.

Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our goal with every purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, let us know and we will work to make it right.

Within 30 business days of receipt if you are not happy with an item, contact us. We will gladly replace it, refund the purchase price of the item (if returned), or credit you for other items, your choice.

If there is an error with your order because we mistakenly shipped the wrong product and/or wrong quantity, MCR Medical, Inc. will pay to reship the correct merchandise. Return shipping is generally at the customer's expense, but MCR Medical pays return postage costs when we make an order error. The shipping method used for return order correction is solely at our discretion. All other return shipment credit requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Before returning an item you must first contact us for Return Merchandise Authorization. Method of return shipment (example: Parcel Post, Priority Mail, UPS) must first be agreed upon by the customer and MCR Medical. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is issued at the time of the call and must appear on the outside of the return parcel. We must receive the return within 30 days of RMA issuance. Please Note: Any training literature that has been opened or removed from its original packaging is not able to be returned for a refund.
