Yes—we’ll do our best to help, even if you didn’t originally purchase from MCR Medical. If you need help troubleshooting, identifying the correct replacement parts, or figuring out next steps, you can contact us and we’ll guide you directly—without sending you off to chase down multiple manufacturers or support portals.

When a replacement part or item needs to be shipped, we make it easy: we cover outbound shipping to you via our standard shipping method, even when a manufacturer’s program does not include shipping.

Because we’re a PRESTAN specialist and authorized distributor, we’re especially well-equipped to support PRESTAN manikins and accessories—but this same customer-first approach applies to everything we sell.
